VoIP Technician / Analyst
We are looking for a smart, talented and aggressive self-starter who can work independently, keep a regular work schedule, organize and prioritize the assignments, and communicate with customers, vendors and management team in a clear and professional manner. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration and testing of VoIP phones and data communications devices such as routers, switches, internet gateways, fax gateways and other related equipment at our customer locations and providing post implementation user and phone administration training. Field responsibilities also include but are not limited to extending, cross connecting and testing of the local carrier’s T-1 circuits and other WAN technologies. Your office responsibilities include answering and resolving customer support calls, placing and tracking service requests with our telecommunication vendors; assisting with ordering, receiving, and tracking equipment inventory, and providing research and design assistance of new technologies.
Network Support Engineer
The Network Support Engineer's Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, implement and support Customers on a hosted VoIP platform.
- Ensure 24x7x365 availability for customer's mission critical network services.
- Assists in establishing performance standards, policies and procedures.
- Analyze, implement and monitor data network (FW, VPN, and anti-DOS systems).
- Provide network design assistance, review, validation, and implementation strategies.
