Account Executive - Outside Sales

What does it take to achieve success in this role?
- Generating new revenue through closing sales of new business customers.
- Responsible for daily customer prospecting and appointment setting.
- Establishing new business contacts through a variety of professional networking as a point of lead generation.
- Presenting and demonstrating the UniVoIP solution to all new prospects with sufficient knowledge and understanding of the customers needs
- Managing sales pipeline on a daily basis to ensure sufficient sales activity.
- Attending local networking events to assist in new sales lead generation.
- Maintaining an ongoing relationship with UniVoIP customers to attain new customer referrals and leads.
Job Requirements
- A proven track record of success within the Hosted or CPE PBX, CLEC and ISP Market space.
- 5+ Years Outside Sales Experience within the Telecommunications Industry.
- Demonstrate clear knowledge of T1, VOIP, VPN, & Industry Standard Products & Services.
- Expected to manage and grow an assigned geographic territory.
- Must be proficient in the use of computer and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- College degree is a plus.
- Need to be professional, articulate and highly competitive to succeed.
