How do I access online help?
You must be logged in to the Phone Administration page to have access to the help system. See Logging in to the Web site for details on how to troubleshoot logging in.
To access help, click on the Help link in the top right-hand corner of your Phone Administration page.
There is also context sensitive help available wherever you see the ? symbol (in white surrounded by a grey circle). Just click on the ? symbol.
Contact your administrator if you are still unable to access the help system.
