How do I adjust the ringer volume?
If your ringer volume is too high or too low, follow these steps:
- Get someone to call your phone.
- While it is ringing, press the up or down arrow key repeatedly to adjust the volume. The up and down arrow keys are directly above the numeric keypad on your phone.
If pressing the arrow keys does not change the ringer volume, the keys may be defective. Call your phone service provider’s call centre to have the phone fixed.
