How do I put a call on hold?

The Hold key is the red key on the far left of the second row of feature keys. See the Phone User Reference Guide for a detailed explanation of all your keys.

To put a party on hold, press the Hold key. The line appearance LED will turn orange and start blinking. Press the key associated with this LED to take the call off hold.
