How do we configure the auto attendant to answer all our calls?
Incoming call routing is used to control where inbound calls go. Destinations can include users, hunt groups, broadcast groups, and auto attendants. For online instructions on seeing where your inbound calls are being routed, login to the Phone Administartion web site and select Help. From the Contents, select Administering the phone system > Incoming call routing > Viewing incoming call details.
To have all calls answered by the auto attendant, the incoming number must be mapped to the auto attendant.
