If your display is blank, consider the following possible reasons:
- Your phone has no power. Ensure that an external power source or Power Over Ethernet (POE) is properly connected to your phone.
- Your phone is defective. Try plugging in another phone to the same power source to prove if the problem is only with the original phone. If this is the case, replace the phone.
