Phone display shows DHCP Offer XX rejected

The following are possible casuses:
- The phone received an invalid response from a DHCP server.
- If there are DHCP servers in your network, this is not a problem. Your phone should receive a proper response from UniVoIP's DHCP server shortly and continue its initialization.
- If you are a Teleworker or your company uses broadband Internet to connect to UniVoIP's hosted PBX, your phone/s must be configured in teleworker mode. Please refer to Teleworker Phone Configuration for detailed instructions, or contact UniVoIP's Technical Support team.
- If there are no other DHCP servers in the network or if your phone stays in this state for more than a few minutes, contact UniVoIP's Technical Support team.
