Phone display shows Downloading Failed

The following may be the possible causes:
- The phone is faulty. Try connecting a different phone at the same location.
- There may be a problem with your LAN. Reboot another phone at a different location to see if you experience the same problem.
- There may be a problem with your Wide Area Network (WAN) link to UniVoIP. Contact UniVoIP's Technical Support team.
- The TFTP server component of your Hosted PBX may be at fault. Contact UniVoIP's Technical Support team.
