Phone display shows Downloading Failed

The phone displays:

XX.XX.XX.XX
Downloading failed
Note, if this is not what is displayed on your phone, please see Troubleshooting your phone.

The following may be the possible causes:

  1. The phone is faulty. Try connecting a different phone at the same location.
  2. There may be a problem with your LAN.  Reboot another phone at a different location to see if you experience the same problem.
  3. There may be a problem with your Wide Area Network (WAN) link to UniVoIP.  Contact UniVoIP's Technical Support team.
  4. The TFTP server component of your Hosted PBX may be at fault. Contact UniVoIP's Technical Support team.
