Why aren't my changes being saved by the system?

The following are possible reasons:

  1. You may not have pressed the Save button after completing your changes. Make your changes again and make sure to press the Save button. When the changes have been accepted, you should see a message on the web display that tells you that the change was successful.
  2. You may have made the change on a different phone. Make sure that the extension with which you logged in to the web page and the extension with which you logged into the phone are the same.

If your changes are still not being saved, contact your administrator or UniVoIP's Technical Support team.
