Why can't I connect to the Phone Administration website?

The following are possible reasons:
  1. Your computer may not be connected to the network. Try to access another web site such as www.yahoo.com. If you can't connect to the other web site, then your computer is probably not connected to the network.
  2. You may not be using the correct URL. The site can be accessed from the Administration column on right, or by clicking here.
  3. Your web browser may not be up to date. Ensure that you have Internet Explorer 5.0 or better.
  4. Your web browser may not have enabled Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Follow these steps to see if you have SSL enabled:
    1. From your web browser, click on Tools... Internet Options...
    2. Click on the Advanced tab.
    3. Scroll down to the section on security and make sure that the boxes for "Use SSL 2.0" and "Use SSL 3.0" are checked.

Contact your system administrator or UniVoIP's Technical Support team if you are still unable to connect to the website.
