Why can't I make calls at certain times of the day?
The phone system has a set of permissions that control what calls users can make at what time of day. The time of day is broken down into different business hours: Open, Closed, Lunch, and Special. Your administrator is able to determine when each of these occur.
To determine your calling permissions, follow these steps:
- From the Navigation pane, select My Personal Details.
- Your calling permissions appear under the heading My Permissions. A check indicates whether you have permission to make specific call types at particular times of the day.
Only your administrator is able to change your permissions. To do this they must assign you a new Permission Profile.
