Why can't I set up call groups?
There are two possibilities.
- You must have Administration privileges to perform this task. To be added to or removed from call group membership, please contact your phone system Administrator.
- As an Administrator, you may have run out of extensions to assign to Broadcast and Hunt groups. You can resolve this by deleting some broadcast, hunt, or rollover groups that are no longer being used.
