Why did my line go dead while connected to another party?

The following are possible explanations:

  1. The phone might have a loose connection. Check for loose power or ethernet connections to the phone. Retry the call.
  2. You or your caller may have inadvertently terminated the call (for example, by accidentally pressing the wrong key while talking). Retry the call.
  3. There may have been a loss of communication between the phone set and the server. Retry the call. If this happens on a repeated basis, contact the support team (If necessary, use a cell phone or other phone that is not part of the hosted system).
