Why did my line go dead while connected to another party?
The following are possible explanations:
- The phone might have a loose connection. Check for loose power or ethernet connections to the phone. Retry the call.
- You or your caller may have inadvertently terminated the call (for example, by accidentally pressing the wrong key while talking). Retry the call.
- There may have been a loss of communication between the phone set and the server. Retry the call. If this happens on a repeated basis, contact the support team (If necessary, use a cell phone or other phone that is not part of the hosted system).
