Why is a key performing an incorrect function?
The key on your phone may be programmed differently than what the label on the key reads.
To determine how keys have been programmed, select My Settings > My Phone from the Navigation pane. This page shows you how your keys are programmed.
To change how keys are programmed, click on the desired key and select the Feature from the drop-down list.
