UniVoIP Internal Call Queuing

UniVoIP Internal Call Queuing essentially adds the ability to play a hold announcement, and then have the system “hold” calls in a queue until there is a user or phone available to answer them. In a greater sense, this nuance opens new doors and opportunities to provide more answered calls, marketing opportunities and add a level of professionalism to any company.
