Activation (0:30)



To activate your phone, press the Activate Soft Key followed by your extension number and your pre-assigned 4-digit pin. Press the Enter Soft Key to complete the activation. Your phone is now ready for use.

Soft keys (0:19)


These are the soft keys, they perform various functions.
Arrow keys (0:45)

These are the Arrow Keys; they are used for Volume, Contrast and display scroll as follows:

  • When the phone is idle the arrow keys adjust the contrast of the LCD
  • When on the speaker phone the arrow keys adjust the volume of the speaker
  • When on handset the arrow keys adjust the volume of the handset
  • While the phone is ringing the arrow keys adjust the ringing volume
  • When information is being displayed on the LCD such as the phone directory the arrow keys allow you to scroll through the list
Speaker key (0:45)


The Speaker Key Toggles the call between the speaker and the handset.
Mute key (0:25)


Press the Mute Key to mute a call in progress. When lit the microphone on the speaker phone and the handset is disabled. To turn off mute - press the Mute Key again.
Directory key (0:28)


The directory key displays company’s internal directory. Press the key then use the Arrow Keys to scroll through the list. Press the Dial Soft Key to dial the desired selection.
Cancel key (0:22)


The Cancel Key cancels the current action; it has the same function as the Quit Soft Key
Redial key (0:32)


Redial key displays a list of recently dialed calls.  Press the Redial key then using the Arrow Keys scroll through the list. To dial the selection, press the Redial Key again. The redial function can also be accessed from the Redial Soft Key
Hold key (0:35)


The hold Key puts the current call on hold.  A call on hold is identified by a flashing orange light. A call on hold can by retrieved by pressing the flashing key.  Please note while receiving a 2nd call there is no need to use the hold key. By pressing the incoming call key, the system automatically places the current call on hold.
Calls soft key (0:33)


The Calls soft key displays a list of your last 10 inbound calls. Press the Calls Soft Key and use the arrow keys to scroll through the list and use the Dial Soft Key to dial your selection.  An asterisk next to a number indicates an unanswered call.
Line appearance key (0:22)


These are your three line appearance keys, these keys are used to make outbound calls and to receive incoming calls to your extension.
Making a call (0:32)


To make a call lift the handset, dial an extension number or for an outside call dial 9 followed by a phone number.
Answering a call (0:27)


To answer an inbound call to one of your line appearance keys, lift the handset or press the line appearance key to put the caller on the speaker
Park / retreive key (0:33)


The park/retrieve key is used to park a current call and to retrieve a parked call by another extension.
Call transfer (0:27)


To transfer a call press the transfer Key followed by an extension or by dialing 9 and the outside phone number. Press the transfer Key again to complete the transfer.
All page key (0:25)


This is the All-Page Key.
Intercom key (0:26)


This is the Intercom Key.
Three-way call (0:27)


While on a call press the Conference Soft Key, and then dial the 2nd number.  After the call is answered press the Conference Soft Key to join the parties
Call forwarding on (0:41)


The Call Forward Key forwards all future calls to your extension to a user defined phone number until canceled.  To turn call forward feature on, press the Call Forward Key and using the phone keypad, type in the number to which you would like to have your calls forwarded and press the Enter Soft Key or #.  When the Call Forward key LED is lit the feature is enabled.
Call forwarding off (0:23)


To turn the Call Forward feature off, press the Call Forward Key and then the FWD / OFF Soft Key or the # Key.
Do not disturb key (0:27)


The Do not Disturb key sends all calls directly to your voicemail.  Press the DND key to activate or deactivate the feature.
Message key (0:32)


This is the Message Key; it is used to retrieve your messages, and to setup your voicemail box
