Manzoori steps into the role of CEO with more than thirty years of telecommunications experience. Most recently, he served as UniVoIP's Chief Technology Officer, where he played a key role in pivoting the business to offer Cloud Voice for Microsoft Teams, which had a significant impact on the company's growth. Manzoori recognized early on the potential of Microsoft's introduction of Teams Phone in the UCaaS market and positioned UniVoIP to take advantage of this market opportunity. He worked closely with the product development team to ensure that the new product was aligned with projected demand and the company's core competencies and values. Manzoori also collaborated with the sales and marketing teams to create a go-to-market strategy that maximized the product's potential.
